If you use this program for commercial purposes, you will require a commercial license. The subscription is per "technician" (not per PC) per year. The commercial version also contains additional features that are useful to those that use this as part of their business.

After your purchase, your account will be upgraded to include the commercial use subscription. Simply return to the site and look for the download for the commercial user link in the left menu.
