Vista's "Wecome Center" crapware

As far as I know it's very difficult to remove the crapware that manufacturers throw into the "Welcome Center". This "Welcome Center" is mostly a waste of time anyway, even for a lot of very new users, and it slows down boot times. Best thing is to probably disable it. This is how that is done:
1. Start Regedit.
2. Navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Run.
3. Right click on the WindowsWelcomeCenter key and select Delete.

Can this feature be added to

Can this feature be added to decrapifier? It doesn't remove the Welcome Center, it just keeps it from autostarting upon reboot. I've noticed some laptops do not allow you to deselect the autorun without editing the registry as I showed above.

Ps - congrats on the PC-World article! I voted it a thumbs up and commented there what great software this was.
