Interesting story over on the Consumerist website about a customer who had some problems with his PC after uninstalling some of the bloatware. He was told it was his fault and he shouldn't have done that.
Once in a great while, I do have some people email me about some odd behavior after running the PC Decrapifier and removing the bloatware. Usually the problem is a side effect of removing some craplet that didn't uninstall properly, and I do the best I can to work with the person to understand the problem and give some advice to fix it. It's very frustrating to see PC vendors don't even validate that their machine works properly without the crapware. Blah.
