The PC Decrapifier

I used PC decrapifier yesterday. After that I can not load any webpage although my wireless network is working fine. I think the program removed something from my laptop so that the media now shows disconnected. I called Linksys but they could not help as my other laptops are working fine with the same router. I did system restore but that does not help. Did any body else has the same problem with decrapifer when used with XP home? It is not a new laptop.
